ஆறு மாதங்கள் கடந்து இருந்தது பிரதாப் மிகவும் சந்தோஷமாக சுற் றி வந்தான் ஆ ம் இன்று வந்தனா வுக்கு ஐந்தாவது மாத வளைகாப்பு வீட்டில் தான் நடந்தது
ஹனிமூன், சென்று வந்து அடுத்த இரண் டு வாரங்களிலேயே வந்த னா கருவுற்று இருந்தாள். இதைக் கேட்டு அனைவருக்கும் மகிழ்ச்சி
விஷயம் கேட்ட ஆதம் வீட்டுக்கே சென்று துள்ளாத குறையாக அவ ளை அனைத்து ரொம்ப சந்தோஷ மா, இருக்கு. எனக்கு மருமகளை பெத்துக் கொடு என கூறியவன் பா ர்த்துவிட்டு வந்தான். பிரதாப் அவ ளை கீழே இறக்கவில்லை தூ க்கிக் கொ ண்டே திரிந்தான். ஜான கி எவ்வளவு கேலி செய்தாலும் அ தை கண்டுகொள்ளாமல்,
வந்தனா தான் அவன் செயலில் வெட்கப்பட்டு போனாள். ஜானு, எ ன்னடா மகனே எத்தனை நாள் நா ன் கால் வலிக்குதுன்னு சொல்லி இருக்கேன் உன்கிட்ட, ஒரு தடவை யாவது என்னை இந்த மாதிரி தூக் கி இருக்கியாடா மை சன் என கேட் டார். குறும்புடன்
பிரதாப், மாம் எப்ப மாம் நீங்க என் கிட்ட தூக்க சொல்லி கேட்டீங்க வ லிக்குதுன்னு தானே மாம் சொல்லு வீங்க அதான் நான் டேப்லெட் மட் டும் தருவேன் என்றான்.
ஜானு, வாயில் கை வைத்தவர் மை சன் நீ பொலச்சுக்குவடா போடா, என் மருமகளை பத்திரமா தூக்கி ட்டு போ, பேசிட்டே கீழே விட்டு வி டாதே என்றார்.
பிரதாப், ஜானு அதெல்லாம் நான் ரொம்ப ஸ்ட்ராங் என் பொண்டாட் டிய அழுங்காம குலுங்காம தூக்கி ட்டு போயிடுவேன், என் னடி நான் சொல்றது சரிதானே என்றான் க ண்சிமிட்டி,அதில் வெட்கம் கொண் ட வந் தனா அவன் மார்பில் முகம் புதைத்து கொண்டாள்.
குந்தவை எல்லா வேலைகளையும் இழு த்து போட்டு செய்து கொண்டி ருந்தாள். வந்தனா எவ்வளவு சொ ல்லியும் கேட்கவில்லை.வந்தவர்க ளை கவனிப்பதிலிருந்து வந்த னாவுக்கு செய்ய வேண்டிய அனை த்தையும் செய்து கொண்டிருந்தா ள்.
ஆதவ் தன் மனைவி செய்யும் வே லைக ளை பார்த்துக் கொண்டுதா ன் இருந்தான் அவனுக்கு மிகவும் சந்தோஷம். வேலை செய்து கொ ண்டிருந்தவளை இழுத்தவன் ஏய் பொண்டாட்டி பாருடி எப்படி வியர் த்து போகுது, உன்னை யார் இதெல் லாம் செய்ய சொன்னது, போய் ஓர மா உட்காரலாம் ல என கேட்டவன், தன் கைக்குட்டையை எடுத்து அவ ளின் வியர்வையை துடைத்தான்.
குந்தவை, இடுப்பில் கை வைத்து முறைத் தவள் என்ன..ங்க என்ன பேசுறீங்க இது நம்ம வீட்டில் நடக் கிற விசேஷம். அதுவும் வந்தனா அண்ணிக்கு அஞ்சாவது மாசம் வ ளைகாப்பு, அவங்களுக்கு நான் ஓ டி ஆடி செய்யாம,வேறு யாருக்கு செய்யப் போறேன் என்றாள்.
அவள் கூற்றில் மகிழ்ந்த ஆதவ் சரிங்க மகாராணியாரே தெரியாம கேட்டுட்டேன் ஆனா என்ன கவனி க்காம போறீங்களே என்றான் அவ ள் உதட்டை இழுத்து
குந்தவை, என்ன..ங்க எனக்கு நி றைய வேலை இருக்கு. இப்ப எது வும் தர முடியாது.எல்லாம் முடியட் டும் என்றாள். ஆதவ் நோ அதெல் லாம் முடியாது எனக்கு ஏதாவது கொடுத்துட்டு போ அப்பதான் இந் த இடத்தை விட்டு நகர முடியும் என்றான் ஒட்டாரமாய்,
குந்தவை என்னங்க நீங்க சின்ன பிள்ள மாதிரி அடம்பிடிச்சுக்கிட்டு என்றவள் சுத்தி முத்தி பார்த்தவள் எட்டி அவன் உதட்டி ல் முத்தமிட் டாள் அதில் குதூகலமானவன் அ வளை இழுத்து இன்னும் வன்மை யாக அவள் இதழில் முத்தமிட்டு சிவக்க வைத்தான்.
அவனிடமிருந்து தப்பித்து ஓடிய வளை ஆதவ், ட்ரெஸ்ஸ சரி பண் ணிட்டு போடி என்றான், அவன் செ ய்த சேட்டையில் முந்தானை லேசா க விலகி இருந்தது.
அதை சரி செய்தவள் அவனை தி ரும்பி முறைத்தாள் குந்தவை.அதி ல் சிரித்தவன் கண்ணடித்து உதடு குவித்து முத்தமிட்டான்.
குந்தவைக்கு அவன் செயலில் சிரி ப்பு வந்தாலும் அவனுக்கு ஒழுங்கு காட்டியவள் ஓடிவிட்டாள். ஆதவ் சிரித்துக் கொண்டான்.
அதன் பிறகு வந்தனாவிற்கு ஐந் தாவது மாதம் நலங்கு வைத்து வி ழாவை சிறப்புடன் செய்தனர்.
விழா முடிந்து அனைவரும் சென் று விட்டனர். கட்டிலில் வந்தனா பிரதாப் மார்பில் சாய்ந்த படி தன் பெயர் இருந்த இடத்தை தன்விரல் கொண்டு வருடி முத்தமிட்டவள் பா..வா என அழைத்தாள். பிரதாப் அவள் முத்தத்தில் சிலிர்த்தவன் சொல்லுடி என்றான் காதலுடன்,
வந்தனா, பாவா நான் உங்க காத லுக்கு தகுதியானவளா, ஏன் என் ன உங்களுக்கு இவ்வளவு பிடிக்கு து, ஏன் என்மேல இவ்வ ளவு பாசம் வச்சிருக்கீங்க எனக்கு கேட்டாள் அவனைப் பார்த்து,
பிரதாப் என்னடி வதி திடீர்னு கேக் குற ரொ ம்ப டார்ச்சர் பண்றேனா எ ன கேட்டான். வந்தனா அவன் க ண்களை பார்த்துக் கொண்டே இ ல்ல பாவா நிச்சயமா இல்ல, உங்க காதல் எனக்கு ரொம்ப புடிச்சிருக்கு உங்க டார்ச்சர் அதைவிட எனக்கு ரொம்ப ரொம்ப பிடிச்சிருக்கு,
ஆனா என்றவளின் இதழில் முத்த மிட்ட பிரதாப், வதி நீ என்ன யோசி க்கிறன்னு எனக்கு தெரியும். நீ எப் படி இருந்தாலும் உன்ன நான் ஏத் துக்கிட்டு தான் இருப்பே ன். நீ என் னோட உசுருடி.வெளியே ஆயிரம் பேர் ஆயிரம் சொல்லலாம் என் மூச் சு இருக்கிற வரைக்கும் என் காதல் இப்படி யே தான் இருக்கும். நீ வாழ் ந்ததெல்லாம் ஒரு வாழ்க்கையே இ ல்லை ஒரு அது ஒரு பாசிங் கிளவு ட் மாதிரி நினைச்சு விட்டுடு
எப்பவும் நான் மட்டும்தான் உன் நினைப்புல இருக்கணும்.நம்மயும் நமக்கு பிறக்கப் போற குழந்தையு ம் பத்தி மட்டும் யோசி என சொன் னதும் அவள் கண்களில் கண்ணீ ர்.
பிரதாப் லேசாக அவளை அதட்டிய வன் வதீ..மா எனக்கு அழுதா பிடி க்காதுனு தெ ரியும்ல அழாதம்மா என கண்ணீரை துடைத்தான். வந் தனா பாவா இவ்வளவு அன்பு என் மேல வச்சிருக்கீங்க. அதுக்கு நான் என்ன கைமாறு செய்யப் போறேன் னு தெ ரியல என்றாள் உதடு பிதுக் கி,
அதை ரசித்த பிரதாப் அடியே பொ ண்டாட்டி என அவன் உதட்டை பி டித்து இழுத்தவன் கைமாறு தானே செய்யணும் என்றவன் அவள் கா தில் காதல் மொழிகள் பேசினான். அதில் கூசி சிலிர்த்தவள் ச்..சீ பேட் பா ய் பா..வா நீங்க என்றவளை இ ழுத்து அணைத்து கட்டில் பாடம் படிக்க ஆரம்பித்தான்.அதன் பிற கான நாட்களில் எல்லாவற்றையு ம் மறந்து பிரதாப் மனைவியாக வ லம் வந்தாள்.
அதற்கடுத்த 4 மாதத்தில் வந்தனா விற்கு பெண் குழந்தை பிறந்தது ஜானகி மிகவும் சந்தோஷப்பட்டார். பிரதாப் அவளை அணைத்து முத் தமிட்டவன், தேங்க்ஸ் டி என் றான். வந்தனா நான்தாங்க உங்களுக்கு தேங்க்ஸ் சொல்லணும் இருட்டா இ ருந்த என் வாழ்க்கைய வெளிச்ச மா மாத்தினவங்க நீங்க, என்னோ ட அழகு பாவா நீங்க என செல்லம் கொஞ்சியவளை வெட்கத்து டன் பார்த்து சிரித்தவன் குழந்தையை கையில் ஏந்தி கொண்டான்.
இங்க பசுபதி பசுபதியும் மாலாவும் காத லுடன் வாழ ஆரம்பித்திருந்த னர். அதன் விளைவாக மாலா கர் ப்பமாக இருந்தாள் மணி தன் மரு மகளையும் பேரனையும் நன்றாக பார்த்துக் கொண்டார். மாலாவும் நல்ல மருமகளாக அந்த குடும்பத் தில் பொருந்தி கொண்டாள்.
பிரதாப், வந்தனாவின் பெண் குழ ந்தைக் கு இன்று ஆராதியா என்ன பெயர் சூட்டப் பட்டது. அனைவரு ம் அந்த விழாவிற்கு வந்திருந்தன ர். பிரதாப் ஆதவிடம் என்ன மச்சா ன் நீ தங்கச்சி மேல வெச்சிருக்க ல வ்வ பார்த்ததும் எனக்கு முன்னாடி நீ தான் பேர் வைக்கிற பங்க்ஷன் கொண்டா டுவேன்னு நினைச்சே ன்.
எப்ப மச்சான் அடுத்த தொட்டில் போட போற என கேட்டான் குறும்பு டன், அதில் வெட்கிய ஆதவ் தலை க்கோதி அ..து மா மா நானே சொல் லனும்னு நினைச்சேன் நீங்களே கேட்டுட்டீங்க என்றவனை அ னைவரும் என்னவென்று பார்த்த னர்.
குந்தவை வெட்கத்துடன் தலை கு னிந்து நின்று கொண்டாள். அக்.. கா மா..மா என இழுத்தவன், குந்த வை இப்ப ரெண்டு மாசம் முழுகாம இருக்கா என அசடு வழிந்தான்.
வந்தனா, டேய் தம்பி சூப்பர்டா வாழ்த்துக் கள் என்றாள் அவனை அணைத்து, பிரதாப் சூப்பர் மச்சா ன். என் மச்சானா கொக்கா என அ வன் தோளில் கை போட்டு அணை த்துக் கொண்டான். இவர்களை பா ர்த்து அனைவரும் சந்தோஷமா க சிரித்துக் கொ ண்டனர்.
கல்பனா, அனைவரையும் நிற்க வைத்து ஆரத்தி எடுத்தார். இவர்க ள் சந்தோஷம் நிலைக்க கடவுளை வேண்டி விடை பெறுவோம்.
